Legal proceedings are threaten to mechanic of  Larnaka airport (Cyprus). He put down cigarettes of 2 passengers who were smoking near the airplane. Smoking near the aircraft is banned because the plane has about 8 tonnes of liquid petroleum oil in its petrol tanks.
 
Airport servant asked the passengers to put out their cigarettes. They refused. Then mechanic took them away and put them out by himself. Then the scrummage started. Airport police came to the place for examination.
 
Pilot-in-command refused these smokers to going aboard. They were sent to police station in Larnaka airport and they were free after some period of time. One from 2 passengers turned out to be a relative of former high ranking police officer. Evidently because of this they were not brought charges against.  
 
Meanwhile, legal proceedings are waiting for airoprt mechanic. Two passengers are intended to "punish" this person. Tey wish to guilt him in honour humiliation and bodily injury.
