<b>No More Cigarettes for Russian Soldiers</b> <p>Russia's new defense minister prepared the document according to which cigarettes are excluded from the ration. The resolution is to come into force till the end of the current year.</p> <p>The initiator of the project is the Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu.</p> <p>For today the troops' ration includes 10 cigarettes with filter and three match folders per day. Non-smokers may have caramel or sugar cubes instead.</p> <p>Analytics say that new rules may provoke military hazing.
